Let’s be real for a second, with a hectic work schedule, it is very difficult to squeeze in a workout. It is important to understand that and do the bit of exercise on your own. Walking till the subway station or going running with your dog can instantly boost your energy and burn those extra calories that you’ve been eating.
Have a good morning routine
If you wake up late and rush to work, it increases the stress levels from the minute you wake up. This will end up making the entire day stressful and worse. Try to have a calm and fresh morning so that you reach work will a happy state of mind.
